Che Boludo Wines
At Che Boludo, we embody the passion and friendliness of our culture in every bottle of wine we produce. We source grapes from different regions of Mendoza, where the combination of cold winters and hot summers, along with the unique soil irrigated by meltwater from the Andes, gives our wines their exceptional quality. MALBEC
Classic Argentine malbec to enjoy with grilled meats, Mediterranean meats and pasta.
View: intense violet red with ruby reflections.
Nose: bouquet of cherries, raspberries and ripe. Plums with notes of vanilla from its oak agi
CABERNET
SAUVIGNON
Appearance: Intense carmine red with purplish hues. Nose: Ripe black fruits like blackberries and blackcurrants harmoniously combined with pepper, tobacco, vanilla and chocolate from the oak. Palate: Fleshy with balanced and velvety tannins, highlighting a marked, persistent flavor of black fruits.
Enjoyed with grilled meat, game (venison, wild boar, rabbit and lamb), stews and dishes with sauce.
CHARDONNAY
Color: Golden yellow with greenish reflections.
Nose: Expresses a wide range of aromas, combining pineapple and banana, with butter and toasted bread.
Mouth: Velvety mouthfeel, with a subtle and sweet finish. Honey note, which provides great complexity to the wine. Starters, fish and seafood.
ESTATE MALBEC

ESTATE CABERNET
SAUVIGNON
Selected grapes from the distinguished areas of Valle de Uco-Agrelo-Luján de Cuyo with fermentation at a controlled temperature. Aging 6 months in 50% american and 50% french inner staves.
Color: Intense, purplish ruby red. Aroma: Spiced with berries and black fruit such as morello cherry and cassis. Notes of tobacco, chocolate and vanilla. Mouth: Refined, good tannic
character, deep, long aftertaste. Red meat, game, pasta with red sauce or pesto sauce, and semi-hard cheese
RESERVA MALBEC
Elegant Malbec product of a manual harvest with selection of clusters from the prestigious region of Valle de Uco Aged for 10 months in French oak and 6 months in the bottle.
Color: Intense red with very intense violet hues; clean and brilliant.
Aroma: Complex berry aroma; cherry, plum and the raspberry flavor that combines with the wood stands out. notes, especially chocolate and vanilla.
Mouth: Unctuous with ripe tannins; very well balanced, good astringency and acidity.
It is an ideal companion for red, game and hard meats paste cheese.
